I am in the midst of planning an entire series of posts about different types of superpowers.
In this series, I’ll be going through specific skills gear toward growing in each of the 4 meta-abilities from my Superhuman Framework. For instance, I’ll cover different types of thinking such as critical, strategic, and creative to clarify how to grow an ability to think more effectively.
In advance of that, I’ll also be sharing how to prepare yourself by walking your own path of discovery. This will help you to identify both your existing superpowers and help you choose a worthy mission that is meaningful to you.
Buckle-Up

Before we take flight on all of that, I want to give you an impactful question you can use to check in with yourself throughout your life.
The answer to this one question can be used as a catalyst to inspire new behaviors and actions.
The Impact Question
What am I doing to ensure that the world is better off as a result of me having been here?
If at any point, you answer “nothing,” the next step is not to despair or view your life as meaningless.
This is never about gauging your value as a human. That is never in doubt.
It’s about sparking action. You don’t have to save the world, but your existance is always changing the world. The question is meant to inspire mindfulness about HOW you will change the world, making sure that your contributions do more good than harm.
- It could be helping just one person.
- It could be creating a piece of art.
- It could be starting a movement.
Nothing is too small or too large.
The only requirement is that what you do next, is meaningful to YOU.
See you next week
Next week, we’ll start down the path of discovery.
After that, we’re going to start exploring a whole bunch of superpowers.
